ZeroCater | 2022 - 2022

ZeroCater uses software to plan perfect meals for companies.

  • Designed and built a food routing and labeling system, enabling several caterers to serve a single meal.
  • Built the backend to an analytics dashboard and sales tool, used to win enterprise deals.
  • Created API endpoints for CloudCafe, an exciting catering product that allows employees to select boxed meals from restaurants.
  • Planned ML system to predict the number of orders at a meal, which will allow same-day ordering. Development is scheduled to start in February.

Technical Product Manager

Unison | 2019 - 2020

Unison co-invests in people’s homes and manages a $1B+ real estate fund.

  • Designed and launched a multi-touch attribution system on top of Redshift, allowing easy calculation of different CPAs to meet the needs of a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Created features of a machine-learning model to predict direct mail response rate and investment amount.
  • Product managed Unison’s Partner API. Partners use it to refer customers to Unison in exchange for a commission.
  • Simplified Unison's Partner API, saving six weeks of engineering time and delighting our best partner.

CTO and Cofounder

Starbutter AI | 2016 - 2019

Starbutter AI uses conversational agents to advise consumers on financial products such as car insurance and home mortgage.

  • Architected a low-latency, high-elasticity AWS serverless voice application, minimizing 99th percentile latency, which increased organic traffic and revenue on the Actions on Google platform.
  • Built a low-cost data pipeline capable of scaling to big data using AWS Firehose, S3, and Athena.
  • Built the award-winning Credit Card Helper and dozens of other voice agents who reached 95,000 users a month
  • Iterated quickly, testing ads from Google Area 120 and SkyDeck ad-tech companies, resulting in profitability on the AdLingo advertising platform. Created an analytics dashboard using Pandas to track KPIs

  • Managed thousands of websites configurations through which flowed over $100M of annual revenue
  • Product managed a statistical testing tool written in R. Used this tool to analyze website A-B tests.
  • Used Python to manage thousands of websites. Used mulit-armed-bandit design principals to test website features.
  • Designed, launched, and analyzed the result of tests, then managed the rollout of optimizations across the every website.

Convertro | 2014 - 2015

Convertro pioneered multi-touch attribution. Brands used our big-data SAAS product to advertise more efficiently.

  • Used multi-touch attribution, SQL, Vertica, and Python to manage Dish Network’s Google Adwords, SEO, and affiliate programs, resulting in client renewal and successful launch of Sling TV.
